The Karen Women’s Organisation launched a new report on March 8th, 2026. “Women, Peace and Security Efforts: 2021-25. Grassroots Women in Southeast Burma Implementing the UNSC Resolutions”. The United Nations WPS Campaign has 4 main pillars: Participation, protection, prevention, and relief & recovery. The KWO works in all of these sectors.
